João was such a great guide - so knowledgeable and very entertaining. He immediately knew all of our names which was such a nice touch. We hit four different locations and the food and drinks were delicious. The hosts were so friendly and it was nice to visit spots which the usual tourist wouldn’t. Highly recommend this tour, especially to solo travellers!

It's the second time we take the tour with Joao and it's been just as amazing. He's very patient, kind and the food/drinks are fantastic. Definitely recommend it! It was so obvious that we needed to come back. You won't regret it.

Flavia was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job connecting our group together. As a solo traveler I did this tour to have a fun evening with new friends and it did just that! The stops were all very authentic and the port, wine and Petiscos we tried were very tasty. Special mention for Clarice at our first stop who was so warm and friendly as she taught us about port!

An excellent tour. Food and drinks were abundant and good quality. Our host was great company, and I enjoyed the magic show after the end of the tour. He also went to the trouble of calling a taxi for me, as I did not know how to get back to my hotel.

Joao was fantastic! We had a small group and he did a fabulous job of leading the conversation, sharing his expertise and allowing us time to get to know each other.
The food was perfect at each stop and the wine was amazing. We enjoyed trying all the local cuisine and hearing about the history of the wine, food and town.
Joao also sent us an extensive list of more places to go while we are here.
