A great day travelling through the mangroves seeing lots of birds and wildlife. Our tour guide Nakita was excellent and made our tour extremely memorable

Loved seeing the turtles and especially the dolphins. The guide was fun and funny, very informative and helpful. The lunch was delicious.... if you like Pina coladas, spend the extra and try one. Yummmm!!

Perfectly organized and well structure day. Our guide Abraham was full of energy, shared a lot of valuable information and spread a great athmosphere over the whole day. We can recommend this experience to everyone visiting Tulum.

This was a very long boat ride. In fact you spend the majority of the day in one. Although the Itour tour company had a very nice set of staff, the ride to the boat was a bit brutal. As were the boat rides themselves. We spent very little time interacting with the animals (40 minutes total is generous) which is to be expected if we’re preserving them, however I was looking for a bit more, for the price of $120 per person. And the “beach” is not a beach. It’s a more shallow area where you can get out and swim after snorkeling. This tour is absolutely not for anyone with any physical limitations at all. The buffet was nice and I recommend the black habanero salsa, although it’s quite warm!
