Without a doubt, Jimmy offers an outstanding service. He is friendly, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He texted us letting us know when he arrived which was terrific. Booked this trip to get from the airport to the cruise ship. The patience shown by this company after numerous delays, stuck on the tarmac for a half hour, baggage claim on the other end of airport,and of course our last piece of luggage was dead last. still we were picked up promptly with a big smile and courteous treatment.

Was able to communicate with the driver via phone & email. Was prompt on time and very helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend using him to anyone traveling to the Island.

Great company to deal with especially as we were in Australia when organising the transfer and only were able to communicate via email, very responsive, great service, and affordable. Would highly reccomend this company.

We can highly recommend the service: very punctual, very friendly, impeccable car, nice and safe driving, knows the island like to back of his hand. After the first drive we booked again and he has become our dedicated driver.

Jimmy picked us up from the airport on time and with a ready smile. He shared his own personal insights about growing up in Hawaii as he drove us to our hotel and shared with us great places to see and great things to do. We did every single one of them, confident that we did have the "typical tourist" experience but ate like the locals do enjoying wonderful experiences and seeing amazing sites. Jimmy is an amazing tour guide and ambassador for Hawaii. Meet him once and you'll feel like family. He's simply OUTSTANDING!

My driver was wonderful! He provided my family and me with history about the island, answered every question we had, and gave us recommendations for ways to spend our time on the island. We wound up eating at several AMAZING local restaurants thanks to him, and we called him again to drive us back to the airport because of how enjoyable our first experience was! Couldn't recommend this company enough. You can't go wrong with ETOHI!

My driver was friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We drove practically around the island and he provided many great tips and interesting background about places and things we passed. Definitely use again!!
