- Tour was supposed to start at 8:00am, but we received airline booking for a flight at 7:00am that forced us to wake up at 4:00am.
- The hotel was supposed to be a 5 star hotel but the operator placed us in a bad 4 star hotel and refused to change it, and left us with no other choice but to check into a nearby 5 star hotel on our own expense.
- The tour was supposed to finish the next day at 1:00 pm but the ticket was booked at 12:46 pm to arrive to Cairo at 1:00 am. Also the operator refused to change the ticket and left us again with no other choice but to buy our own tickets back!
- The tour was inclusive of hot air balloon ride. He informed us that the weather is bad and promised to refund us the cost, unfortunately we tried several times to call him prior to our departure to give us the refund, he finally answered and agreed to refund it to our credit card. Till now no refund received!!!
Very bad.

My tour guide, Marian Azer, was amazing! My trip to Cairo would have been so different without her. She is thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Make sure you ask to have her as your guide if you book this tour.
