Had a wonderful few hours seeing sights in Florence - a truly beautiful city. Our guide, Ivana, a local with so much knowledge of the history of Florence..Seeing the statue of David was the most amazing experience. Also seeing the streets of Florence - amazing!

This is an absolutely misleading tour! If you think small group tour means 25+ people, then you'll get that!! So you're waiting for people to catch up or finishing buying stuff at the gift shop.
Further, there is no skipping the lines. We had to wait for at least for a half hour in line to get in. Ridiculous!
There were some people who couldn't get in the church because of what they were wearing and the tour guide didn't even notice they were missing because the group was so big!!
I tried going back to complain while we were waiting in line during the hot summer heat, but the one checking in left and the tour guide could not offer any help or information. We ended up leaving 2 hours early because it was so awful. A waste of time!! Do not go!!

The over tour. The tour guide was a little hard to understand in English. The group I thought was supposed to be up to 9 individuals but there were about 20 people.

A very informative tour on some of the museums, piazza and artists in Firenze. Really enjoyed the Galleria de Accademia portion of the tour.

Good tour, knowledgeable tour guide. Great stops! Learned a lot! Worth it!!! Being able to skip the lines is definitely worth the cost of the ticket!

The best part of this tour was the enthusiasm that our guide had when describing Michelangelo and his work. I kept thinking how she must have given the tour 100s of times, but she had such passion for it that it made all of us really enjoy ourselves.

Our tour guide was a lovely lady originally from Austria. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and love of Florence were beyond reproach. I highly recommend this tour
