Giuliano’s tour was fantastic. It was an extraordinarily hot and humid day. He wonderfully tried to keep us in the shade as much as possible for our tour. He kept a smooth pace and was aware of our needs. His explanations of the places we visited were very detailed and allowed us to learn a lot of Venetian history. Nice tour of Venice highlights with a good guide who was knowledgeable about history and art work. Long day with a fair bit of walking but still very pleasant with some chances to take a few breaks along the way.

Start early in the day before the crowds (and Summer heat) make things uncomfortable. Giuliano was an incredible guide. If you're lucky and have a group with good mobility, the tour is fantastic. If you get slowed by guests with limited mobility, it will be frustrating.

Giuliano was fantastic! He showed us the way to navigate Venice easily and even showed us beautiful places not in a tourist guide book. We even got to see the place of his birth and his childhood home-so touching! Furthermore, I had an architectural question that he wasn’t able to answer so he looked it up and got back to me about it. You can’t go to Venice without taking this tour!

The guide and experience was great. The only thing that felt rushed was lunch because of the gondola line. The headsets didn’t work if you were at the back of the line.

Roberta was our guide and she was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. She kept everything on schedule yet we felt like we still had ample time to look around. Great tour!

This was a great tour of the highlights of Venice! And it helped us learn our way around the various parts of Venice, which can be quite confusing. In addition to the history and the visit to the basilica and palace, we also learned about public transportation, tourist traps, and local cuisine. Our guide, Mateo, was wonderful! We had a quick breakfast stop and a lunch stop which was nice. And of course, we got a gondola ride. I highly recommend this tour.

Guide was terrible. Long winded descriptions that were not interesting to any of the group. Though we did not know the others, all were murmuring that it was the worst tour they had been on. She never brought the places to life or figured out how to engage the group. Disappointing g as many other tours done by other guides have been very good.
