We have enjoyed the excursion and the guide has been very attentive and explained it very well. We gave food to the elephants and we played with them. We saw the coffee plantation and we met people from the village

Good tour. For the elephants, about 35 people shared four elephants for about 1 hour. We all got to feed and interact with the elephant, but I wouldn't say it was intimate. Then we walked with the elephants down to the river and played with the elephants in the water. That was good. Lunch was good, veggie pad thai. It was nice to see the highest point in Thailand. The clouds were so low at the twin pagodas that we could barely see them. The hike was nice, not too hard, and we got lucky dodging rain drops. The Karen village was a minor thing but was a satisfying period to end the day. The tour was a lot of driving and the van was not too comfortable. Our tour guide, John, was good and very professional. Ideally, the van could have been more comfortable and the group could have been a little smaller, but I would still recommend.

This was a really cool experience! The day is certainly long, but it is worth it for the amazing diversity of activities. The elephants are incredible, the hike is fun, and Doi Inthanon is beautiful! Mr sexy made our trip even better with his entertainment. Thank you!

Tuktah (I’m so sorry I know I’ve spelled it wrong) was an amazing tour guide, very informative and fun!
The elephant sanctuary is the highlight of this tour and it’s such an enjoyable experience definitely go!
If you go at a time of year like myself (monsoon season) you may need to hike in the rain, if you don’t want to do that they’ll take you to a different waterfall which was a relief and anyone wanting to do the hike in the rain can go with another group.
Definitely go on this trip!

A once in a lifetime experience with the amazing elephants. Our tour guide Won was funny and knowledgeable and full of positive energy! Hopefully everyone will finally understand how much we need to protect the elephants and care for the ones who have already been harmed and mistreated by humans. 10/10 would recommend!

+Nice experience with elephants (feeding, washing).
+Pleasant hike through rice plantation. Wished we had hiked more than 1.5h.
+I liked the coffee / tee tasting at the end of the trip.

-A lot of driving, did not feel 100% safe.
-The guide was not very engaged, did not share much information.
The group was far too big (30 participants)

We spent an amazing morning with the elephants at Living Green Elephant Sanctuary. Our guide was Rainbow, she explained some of the history of the sanctuary and how to feed the elephants. Then we fed the elephants and bathed them in the river. Magical! Lunch was a delicious tofu pad Thai and fruit. We then got driven to the national park, the weather was not excellent but I enjoyed the hike to a Karen village and the coffee tasting!
