We had the most incredible tour of the Borghese Gallery with our guide Daniela.
She is getting her PHD in Art History and her knowledge of the collection and the social and political context within which they were produced was tremendously extensive.
I believe this was the best guided tour I’ve ever been on and my friends agreed.

The sculptures and artwork in Galleria Borghese are extraordinary. Our guide Sylvia was knowledgeable, easy to understand and enabled us to appreciate the art understand the beauty and talent it took to create the amazing works.

While we both enjoy art museums we do not usually like the endless bibical and mythologic themes of 500 y old art. Both the art and our tour guide changed our minds. Bernini's as our guide put it, "could make marble look soft."
This tour is well worth it.

The 3 bedroom apartment was immaculate and came with everything we needed to have a wonderful four-day trip in Rome. we were happy to see even the kitchen was stocked with coffee and some cooking oils for making a quick meal. The location is perfectly situated a close walk to Piazza Navina and the bridge going over to the SantAngelo castle next to Vatican city area. We got a good workout, walking around Rome and going up the three flights of stairs to the apartment, but it was nice being up high to look out the windows and see the city street from above. The area has a ton of great restaurants and plenty of gelato!
The managers of the property were very helpful and communicative through WhatsApp and email.
We would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice apartment style experience in the heart of piazza navona area, but not so close that you’re dealing with tons of crowds up and down the street.

A great tour by an extremely experienced guide who offered great insights into the art, the artists, and the stories behind both. Our guide made the tour so much more than a walk through the museum. Emiliano was beyond superlative.
