This tour operator, Crown Tour, is the worst tour operator we have ever encountered. We booked this tour through the Viator listing. It was scheduled us the meet the tour guide at 12:30pm. By the time we arrived, we could not found the tour guide. Instead, there were millions of people and tons of tour groups. We just had no clue whom we should meet at that crowd. We contacted the Viator customer service and they contacted the Crown Tour. We were told the Crown Tour would call us right away. But we waited 20 minutes past the meeting time. The call from Crown Tour did never come. Eventually, we managed to contact the Crown Tour directly, they said we were missed the tour because we should be at the meeting spot 30 minutes early than the scheduled meeting time. But how could we know? Why they didn’t change the meeting 30 early instead? Their listing at Viator is totally misleading information. We asked for a full refund of $268, but we heard nothing from them again.

This tour was wonderful! Our tour guide and the other staff members made it really easy. The team communicated with us, sent us reminders previous to the meeting date. The tour guide first language was not English, however she was clear and easy to understand. Her knowledge about the Basilica Sagrada Familia was key. She gave us a lot of information and made sure we were together. Small group that felt private. Very good experience!

Our guide Monse was excellent. Her manner was personable and informative with her narrative spanning three centuries. She was passionate about the subject but also pragmatic and was able to give us a real sense of the Barcelona of yesterday and today.

While the guide was very nice, she had a very quiet voice and her English was not very good. Members of the small tour group agreed we could not understand half of what she said. She was not very knowledgeable when asked questions on the architecture. We had several guided museum/ monument tours throughout Spain and Portugal and this was the worst experience unfortunately. Save your $.

We did this tour with Gloria. She was great. An amazing explanation and tour. Kept everyone very engaged even the small children on the group. Highly recommend.

Our guide Veronica was very nice but very hard to hear. Fortunately we had a small group. Unfortunately this is only a one hour tour and she regularly looked at her watch as if she had somewhere else to go. Do the tour yourself as there is an a app in the Cathedral. The Cathedral is magnificent and conjures so many emotions . A must do!

Our tour was great! It was very easy to find the group in the park and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We booked the day before and were in a group of 10. She explained every part of the church and there was time after the tour to explore on your own. I would recommend and do this tour again!

Our tour guide was Alessia and she did an excellent job describing Gaudi's intentions behind the design of Sagrada. She was personable and made the tour fun as well. The given set of headphones were a must while touring as it is very crowded. Loved that we didn't need to wait in a long line for tickets and that it was all organized. We were really glad we choose this tour.
We genuinely felt that Alessia was happy as a tour guide and this made all the difference. Alessia mentioned Crown tours as being a great place to work. Thanks to all: Crown Tours, Alessia and especially Viator for connecting us.

They were very easy to find, and very nice. The guide was easy to understand and informed in an interesting way. She was very likeable. Very happy with the skip the queue solution. This was a super experience that is recommended
