Driver was not at airport pickup location. We waited 40 minutes then had to find alternative transport to our resort. Driver called us 1 hour after our flight arrived to say he was waiting. Company never provided name of driver or contact number prior to pickup. When we called company number all we got was voicemail. Very disappointed.

The directions to the meeting place was simple to follow and the driver was great - curious and offered complementary drinks for the ride .

Jenny was friendly and we felt comfortable and cared for as a party of 5. She pointed out great eating places too. If you are booking last minute, you will need to message them on arrival.

Best transportation out in Cabos! Excellent services provided by Jenny. She is very knowledgeable, bilingual and so much fun! Will book with them in the future. Felt super safe in another country. She will give suggestions on where to go if needed.

I was suppose be picked up at 130pm it was raining and traffic it took my driver a little over 40mins after pickup time to get to me. But I had to call/txt to find that out. I was picked up in a van and in the middle of traffic 3/4miles and 20mins later we switched rides in the middle of traffic. I was happy after switching rides there were drinks and he allow me to go to the restroom. But he offered a discount of $50 to pick me up Sunday to drive me back to the hotel. If I accepted I would have to pay $60 in cash up front while I was still trying to get dropped off from the first pick up. That made me feel like he was trying to scam me on top of being late. I got to my hotel the Westin and rushed out but dropped my vape. I called a few times no answer. The service sucks

I had a recommendation to use Legacy for our transportation when in Cabo, and they did not disappoint. It felt like vacation the moment Felix came to get us at the airport. The guy comes prepared with beverages and makes it easy to get to/from the airport. He was also in communication with us on departure day to make that seamless too. THANKS FELIX
