A very pleasant way to spend a couple of hours on the Douro. Miguel was a great host and we enjoyed our chat with him about Porto, the bridges, architecture and life in general. We drank an excellent bottle of Vinho Verde and Miguel’s boat driver ensured we didn’t spill any 🥂😃 . I would certainly recommend this trip and if Miguel could have arranged blue skies and a stunning sunset I would have given 11/10 but that was not to be so I can only give 10/10. Note: the Marina is a short taxi ride from the centre of Porto so do allow enough time to get there if traffic is busy.

What a wonderful experience for our family! Outside of the norm of the packed ‘sardine’ boats, this is a very personalized trip. Luca was phenomenal captain! The vinho verde was refreshing and the port was a great way to wrap up the two-hour trip. Well worth it, can’t recommend highly enough!!

If you are in Porto and you wish to take a boat trip down the river to get the best views of City and its magnificent bridges, then this is the people to travel with.
Our brilliant skipper Luca and his fantastic young assistant treated us to two hours of spectacular views and very informative commentary.
Looking at other trips available there really is no comparison to what you get from this four person trip with beautiful wine and snacks included.
If you have the chance do not miss out on this trip it really is memorable and fantastic value for money. (Even if our Dad paid)

Antonio and Christina were excellent tour guides. They are local guides and provided us a lot of information on the history of Porto. They are such humble people and we enjoyed having them. They offered us green wine and nuts. They also treated us with so much care and were extremely accommodating. We provided them with a tip because they were outstanding. Thank you Antonio and Christina for sharing your city with us.

It was a very nice tour with a great skipper. It is a small boat, but with the bean bags it is comfortable. You will also be offered a drink. The boarding point is just outside the center.
