We spent a great day with Alex visiting Mondello Beach, Borgo Parrini, and Monreale, with pick-up and drop-off from our Palermo hotel. Alex was easy to communicate with while planning for this afternoon adventure. Good driver and very good tourist guide. Because a flight was cancelled we were only 2 persons. Alex offered aus a private tour without additinal cost. My girlfrind and I enyoied the day-trip very much. We have all seen what we liked to see. On the next day we went to the beach. Alex organise for us the trip to the beach and back to our hotel. The service given to us was very good. We certainly come back to Palermo and will book him again.

Not the same experience as first time used this service. He brought us to all places he would get a kick back from when we asked not to be taken to tourist traps. will not use again.
