Enjoy a 2-1/2 hours cooking class in our school in Sorrento center. We only accomodate small groups up to 12 people or private classes. You'll get a hands-on training from a local chef learning old cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. You'll discover our traditions and learn historical tips about our unique cuisine. End your experience eating the delicacies you have prepared! You can choose between 3 menus, focused either on meat, fish or vegetables (suitable for vegetarians).

Had a great evening learning how to cook gnocchi and meatballs as well as preparing tiramisu. There were 10 of us and we were all included in different stages. There was wine and cheese and different meats to sample which was a nice touch and the food was delicious. We will definitely be recreating these dishes back in the Uk.

We loved our cooking class!! Small group was perfect size. We learned some great cooking tips and they were able to accommodate everything for my adult son who is gluten free. Highly recommend

The class itself was great, but there were only supposed to be 4 in the class and there was a party of 9 with two children under 5
Years old making a total of 11 in our group. The children were a distraction and the number of people made it difficult to get the hands on cooking instruction that I was expecting.

We highly recommend this cooking class with Chef Tony. He was a great teacher and hilarious. Angelissa was lovely and so kind and patient with us. Lots of laughs and we learned a lot! Our lunch was delicious and the dessert could not have been better. I thought I didn’t like tiramisu. Turns out, I just wasn’t having any that was made correctly. Here, you learn the right way and now it’s one of my favorite desserts - and bonus- I know how to make it myself now, thanks to Chef Tony! 👌🏻❤️❤️❤️

We had the best time with Chef Antonino. He made the class fun and interesting. The appetizer, prosecco, food, dessert, and wine were all molto bene and delicious. I learned several new things about cooking with olive oil and pasta. I can't wait to receive the recipes via email so I can try it all again at home. I made a mistake and booked the eggplant parmigiano class on a day I already had another tour booked. I called Chef Antonino and he rescheduled us to the meatball class and said he would help us cook eggplant parmigiano, in addition to the meatballs for the rest of the class, since I was vegetarian. I didn't want to be any trouble and he said it would be no trouble because loves cooking. What an amazing experience!

My wife and I had an absolute blast participating in this experience on our honeymoon. The cooking school itself and the ambiance is perfect and adorable, but the chef and owner Tony is what made the experience our favorite. As expected, Tony is an experienced and knowledgeable chef, but what blew us away was his passion and wonderful and humorous personality that drew us in and made us feel excited and inspired throughout the class. He taught us the technique and the simple but key secrets to creating delicious Italian classics such as meatballs, potato gnocchi, and tiramisu, while also teaching us about the ingredients themselves and what makes them so special. This is not a class where you stand by and watch or simply follow directions. Tony puts you to work right away and provides a perfect balance of autonomy and oversight tailored to each person's comfort and skill level. Everything we made was among the best we have had. Tony also provided us with his homemade wine for us to enjoy with dinner, which was also delicious. By the end of the class, it no longer felt like we were at a cooking school, but rather cooking a meal as part of Tony's family. We strongly recommend booking this cooking class!!
