me ha encantado este paseo al caribe brasilero. el tour comenzó por la recogida en el hotel de copacabana, y 2 horas de viaje hasta la ciudad de cabo frio. Ahi abordamos un catamarán y comenzó la experiencia. A todo momento el guia nos fue comentando que visitaríamos y dándonos información interesante. La comida estuvo muy bien, buffet. Variada y rica. Recomiendo el servicio

Visitar la ciudad de Rio de Janeiro y no ir a conocer el caribe de la region, es un pecado. Recomiendo muchisimo hacer el tour de arraial dos cabos. Nos encanto. El color del agua es transparente, como en el caribe mexicano.. Haganlo!

This excursion we did with friends was spectacular. The beaches we saw were very beautiful, the sea was transparent, the water was cold but beautiful. I would do it again. Thank you

On the recommendation of friends we met the Paraviajantes agency, and we booked 3 tours for our trip in Rio de Janeiro! The first one we did was this arraial do cabo. It was very good, beautiful landscapes, transparent water, very cool people on the boat and very friendly staff, they all spoke Spanish! We had a great time! Be patient because the trip is quite long!

The tour of Arraial do Cabo was great... we saw the super beautiful beaches, and the vibe we had on the boat. The food included was good, I expected a little more

This tour was 14 hours. We got picked up at 0830 am and were dropped off first at 10:30 pm. We took this tour called “Meet the Brazilian Caribbean: Catamaran Tour to Arraial do Cabo!” The company was “ParaViajantes Tours“. We got on the bus and eventually realized the guide wasn’t speaking to us in English after we requested an English speaking tour guide when we made the reservation. This is what we paid for. We contacted the company via WhatsApp and we were told that the English guide got sick. I asked them if they were going to at least tell us so we could make a decision to co time on with the tour? The company then told us that there would be an English speaking guide on the boat to the beaches. After the 3.5 hour drive we get to the dock. We had to wait another 1.5 hours just waiting to be picked up by the boat. Now keep in mind, we didn’t know what was going on or what we were supposed to be doing because nobody could communicate with us in English. We eventually get on the boat and the guide was speaking to everyone in Portuguese and there was no English version. I asked the boat guide if she could talk to us in English. She told us that she didn’t speak English. So the entire trip we had to try and guess what was being told to everyone. When we got to the beaches, we didn’t know the times to be back so we pretty much had to make sure that we kept eyes on the people on our boat so could know when they were heading back. We went to 2 beaches and basically it was 15 mins of snorkeling and 30 mins at each beach.. which isn’t much time when you figure that you drove many hours to spend at a beach. So there wasn’t much time spent at the beaches. We began recording what was going on with our GoPro for proof. We wanted to show that the guide would not speak to us in English after speaking in Portuguese. Dont get me wrong, the person seemed very nice. And it wasn’t her fault that we were on this tour as the only American couple. It was the business’ fault. When we told the business that the guide couldn’t speak English and when we went to certain areas on the boat, we didn’t even hear the history of certain key areas, the company told us that I was exaggerating because there were no key points and it wasn’t a historical tour. This is why I recorded things on the boat. Because we figured the company would try something like this after not telling us that there wasn’t going to be an English guide. So bottom line is that we went the entire 14 tour with no English guide. And this was supposed to be about a 10 hour tour. I wouldn’t trust this company at all after what they did to us. I even had to request a partial refund because I explained that I signed up for an English speaking tour and we should’ve had the opportunity to cancel with a refund since there wasn’t an English guide. The company didn’t seem as if they were wanting to do that. I then had to contact viator after not hearing back from the company. I explained to viator everything and sent them a copy of all of the chats that were exchanged and I also told them I had video proof of everything. Viator just requested the chat only and stated that the company should’ve given us an option and they should not have said certain things to us in those chats that they did. It definitely was inappropriate. Viator got us a partial refund from the company. But even with that partial small refund, we definitely would not recommended this tour to English speaking tourist. Nor would we recommend this company because they really didn’t seem honest to us about everything that was happening. There are other companies that take this trip. Dont be fooled by the number of hours either. Other companies state about 14 hours which is about right. This company stated 9-10 hours and it was clearly 14 hours which was the same as the other companies. Event the bus ride back was horrible because there was water leaking from above our seat and it was dripping on us. We tried to see if maybe it was a bottle that was leaking from someone’s bag, but it was dry in the bag area. We believe it was from the AC because the water was also very cold. So coming back it was frustrating as this water was dripping down on us and we couldn’t move to another seat cause the bus was full. I wanted to be honest about the trip and about what occurred. There was 1 good thing about this trip and that was the place that we went for dinner. The dinner buffet style was really good. That was the only positive. Other than that try looking for another company that has more honest reviews. I had seen somewhere else about this company and not having an English guide but it wasn’t on viator and I decided to give it a try. Bottom line, we are glad we took videos of everything for proof and kept the chats to share with viator as proof to request a refund. Sometimes it seems like that’s the only way to prove what’s really happening when a company tries to tell you that you’re exaggerating. That was inappropriate!

nice experience, nice beaches but keep in mind that the trip to arraial do cabo is quite long, about 2 hours there and 2 hours back... the walk is nice, lunch is a buffet restaurant, very good and the very lively atmosphere. You come back exhausted from fatigue. straight to sleep

This was the year to enjoy Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, and we went with the family. We love the beautiful beaches of Arraial do Cabo, beautiful, transparent water, very beautiful! The atmosphere on the catamaran was fun, friendly entertainers and pleasant music.

We went to visit the Brazilian Caribbean on the recommendation of many friends and it is very real... the color of the transparent water, the white sand, we loved the cabo arraial... we did not want to return!! Super recommended if you go to Rio, take this tour
