Tuscan Cooking Class. Cooking Class of traditional Tuscan meal from starter to dessert including a fresh home-made pasta at the end of the lesson dinner with all prepared accompanied with Chianti Wine.
The maximum number of customers per lesson 15 people.
The school has applied all the legal regulations for sanitizing from Coronavirus.
The school provides customers with everything necessary established by current safety standards (masks, gels, etc.).
Customers actively participate in the preparation of recipes
Use of seasonal and local ingredients
Vegetarian and gluten-free menus available
Customers will learn all the secrets of Italian and Tuscan cuisine and will receive handouts with the prepared recipes
Private lessons on request in the morning

This cooking class was the highlight of our Siena trip! My husband and I had so much fun with this cooking class. The chef was so nice and funny and made the class a great time. We got to keep the recipes we used, and we got to sit down with everyone at the end to eat what we made and talk. It was a really cool experience eating a meal with everyone and learning where they were from. We were so grateful we got to do this on our honeymoon and created memories here! Definitely do this class if you are thinking of it.

My wife and I took the four hour cooking class. It was a lot of fun and the two instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time with seven other people and would highly recommend the class if you are looking to learn about Tuscan food and cooking.

What a wonderful evening, fabulous chef, his interpreter/assistant was so delightful and could periodically make the room laugh. Francesco, the chef, was so good at his trade and helpful when we took our turn over the stove or preparing. When we were all through cooking a lovely table was set for the 11 of us and we enjoyed our yummy meal.

Both me and my wife had a great time. The cooking class room was well laid out and professional. The chef and his partner were excellent teachers and very friendly. In terms of participation, everyone will get the opportunity to make pasta, while the rest of the dishes will be done by the chef with a different volunteer from the class helping.

Whole heartedly recommend this experience. Everyone was amazing, helpful, and kind. The food was amazing and I came away with more appreciation for traditional Tuscan food. And the receiepes that I'm very much using when.i return home.
