Unfortunately We were waylaid at the airport and were unable to find our ride as he was no longer waiting with a sign. Our Mowbay rep helped us locate our driver and then we were on our way. Nice, comfortable ride. Oshane our driver very pleasant on got us to our destination!

Such a great company, they were so accommodating with my last minute shuttle booking from Montego Bay to Grand Bahia Principe Runaway Bay. Kevin is so genuine was an amazing driver, his main priority was safety and we had such a fun ride with him, he showed us some spots along the way to the hotel and taught us some Jamaican lingo as well. He was so great that we booked a ride back with him at the end of our stay. I definitely recommend booking shuttle services with Jamaica Getaway Travels, the booking process was so simple and their communication is very quick and reliable.

Absolutely terrible customer service at this place. The guy who picked us up was beyond RUDE and made our trip back to the airport extremely uncomfortable. He was awful from the beginning to end. We were 7min late to get downstairs at our resort because the hotel had barely any staff (due to covid) and we had to carry our own bags down. The hotel then requested we bring back their towels before we checked out so it held us up. He complained to me that we were “late” and made a huge fuss to the point where the hotel staff was looking at him crazy! Mind you…SEVEN minutes made him act like this! He THOUGHT we couldn’t understand him but my entire track team was Caribbean so I knew exactly what he was saying! He stayed on the phone and complained about us almost the entire way!! Over an hour! Not only was he rude to me but he lied to my husbands face about it when he confronted him. I’ve been to Jamaica before and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. It makes me not want to go back!! My husband wrote an email to their customer service department and NOTHING! NO RESPONSE! That was over a month ago. So now I’m forced to write a review. We paid good money to go to Jamaica and it’s crazy that this drivers behavior was accepted by this company. He should not be in contact with tourists!!

Now this is the way to travel to your destination. Walk out the airport and we were greeted by the nicest lady with our name on a sign. The van was very clean and we had lots of room. The pickup at the hotel to go to the airport was just as easy. We were so happy that we booked this private van after seeing people packed into those other buses. By far the best way to go!
