It was very hard finding our transportation representative Annmarie. The sign was taped to a fence and my name was spelled incorrectly. Once I located the company I was directed to go stand and wait in a different area. The representative was rude and requested my confirmation email which I provided . She then demanded we give her our passports and she wrote down all our passport information on a blank sheet of paper (not a company form) and when I questioned why our information was needed she rudely replied in case something happened to us and then told us to sign the paper exactly like we signed our passports. She then put the clip board down on a chair with all of passport information visible to everyone in the busiest section of airport pickup. It didn’t make sense because a white couple came up at the same time and they were promptly escorted to their private vehicle after only providing the confirmation number.
The driver and vehicle were good.

This is a must have when visiting Ocean Coral or Ocean Eden Bay!! The drivers for arrival and departure where courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean and the drive was safe! I had to check with the company upon arrival to see where my driver was, but they were very quick about getting me the updates needed. I look forward to using them again as well as referring my clients to them for future travel.
