We will be going to an historical restaurant in Naples where they make homemade pasta everyday.
The only way to eat an authentic Italian homemade pasta is with an experienced local chef. The recipe is old and antique but few people know it throughout the world.
It will be a fun and authentic experience, very rewarding for your palate!

Before the lesson, I was cooking like a kooks (I usually heathing rice with no water ..), but after meeting Samuel, I think I will quit my job to work in a pasta restaurant, of course I recommend this guy, cheers mate you’re the one in town

Sam was an amazing host chef. He spoke 4 different languages and translated each step in respective languages as needed. It was fantastic. The pasta we made was tasty and the experience was great.

Amazing experience - super friendly staff and really fun class. The food tasted super too!! The class was clear and easy to follow and the staff were constantly smiling and incredibly patient. Could not have been better :))

Such a fun class and we made amazing pasta. Gabriele was equally funny and informative, a very fun chef to learn from. It’s fascinating to learn about the history of the restaurant and the different types of pasta.

Super fun workshop! Fun in a group with other people. In between the preparation we received a delicious starter and drink and to finish we ate the delicious homemade pasta.

It was a lot of fun. My kids really enjoyed it. Gabrielle was the best. He was funny, patient, attentive and very personable. We had a great experience. Highly recommend it and would do it again.
