It was a good experience with this company and I ended up booking 3 trips to/from airport with them. Two for Abu Simbel flight and one for flight to Cairo.
For first two trips Hani was my driver who was great and on time for my trips and ensured communicated to ensure I find him without issue.
Third time I don’t remember driver’s name was 10 min late but that’s acceptable as things happen and I already keep enough buffer. What I liked about the third time was that even though driver didn’t arrive, there was a guide there at the reception to inform me about that.
The communication was good and prompt from the company.
