This was one of our favourite experiences of our trip to Peru! We learned so much about the history of food in Peru, got to cook amazing food, and had overall an amazing time. Criss was very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. She made the lesson a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Cusco and would go again if we went back!

Thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche, mocktail and lomo soltado. Well worth the experience.

We experienced this excellent cooking class as a family. The chef Alejandro Castillo talked about all the influences of Peruvian cuisine from the many climates of Perou to the different waves of immigration . We had a great time preparing and then eating a ceviche, a cocktail and lastly the lomo saltado.
A great introduction to the rich diversity of Peru.

This was an amazing experience. We learnt how to cook authentic Peruvian dishes while having a good time. Jose was an amazing host with a wealth of knowledge about cooking. He was entertaining, friendly and very funny!
We had three vegans and a vegetarian in our group of ten and everyone was accommodated for with ease.
A great time and a fantastic activity to do with mates! We had a ball!
