My experience with Viator was great!! My experience with the Outdoor Adventure not so much! The staff was courteous but it was kind of odd. When we arrived they said it was too windy to parachute. We rebooked for the following day and they canceled that excursion as well because of boat maintenance.
So frustrating and disappointing to see other people Parasailing both days! I'm sure they were from a different agency but it was the one thing we were really looking forward to!
We did get a full refund. Guess if we ever go back we'll have to try again!!!

Friendly staff who offered to take videos and pictures so you can enjoy the ride. They also kept the mood light while cracking jokes and offering water to mitigate the heat. Overall, great experience!

The boat operator was really funny and nice, and made us feel comfortable, and seeing the view of Cabo from the air was amazing

It was an easy trip because only my husband and I were parasailing- the rest were snorkeling. Andres was funny and made us feel super safe. Armando did a great job with the boat and was very professional. Highly recommend! Communication between boats and shuttles was good.

We were only in the air for 10 minutes. We waited 20 for a second couple to arrive. We were driven a long route to prolong time and after a 10 minute flight by three couples, we were in the van and back at starting. Almost a waste of $.

After spending over $40 taking a car to town and back the excursion was cancelled their prices should include transport for this, they could have called ahead of time and saved us some extra money

Overall had a great time and enjoyed the views of Cabo. The company took good care of us and had a safe operation. We had scheduled for 10am, but they ran 45 min late! I would avoid using their transportation to the marina. They pick you up way too early and don’t return you to your hotel until an hour after your experience. They want you to shop the vendors and flea market at the marina. Not my cup of tea as the marina is full of people hounding you to buy their goods or schedule a tour.
