I've scheduled them to pick us up from the airport and get us to the hotel. WP promised to follow your flight schedule and adjust the driver's arrival accordingly. Our flight from Munich got delayed multiple times. I kept in touch with WP via their app and WhatsApp messaging, notifying them about the delayed arrival. Originally, I booked them an hour after the flight arrival to be on the safe side. As our flight kept adding delays, I tried to update the pickup time, but the app does not allow changes less than 3 hours before pickup. So I messaged WP with the updated arrival times.
At the end, the driver left 10 minutes prior to us emerging from the airport. After 6 hours delays in Munich, now I have to deal with taxi nonsense?!
And remember, NO REFUNDS!
So save the money and agrevation, and book either an Uber Airport or a Bolt taxi upon your arrival.
