The service was great. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. We encountered a large amount of traffic and remained patient. I would recommend this service!

We were given instructions to meet our driver at terminal 2. Arrived after an overnight flight from the US. Took our 85 yo mother in a wheel chair all the way to terminal 2…then the driver called and said he was at terminal 5 and we needed to return there for the transfer. When we arrived, after much effort, back at terminal 5 they told us we were being charged another 25 pounds because WE were late. Spoke to the supervisor, who did not resolve anything nor did they apologize. We showed the driver the printed instructions and he agreed we had been told the wrong thing. Very disappointed in the service. We will be using another transfer company going forward.

Our flight was delayed two hours from the scheduled booking. All I had to do was notify them about the change and they made sure to send someone at the correct time my flight landed. When we arrived, the driver was holding a sign with my name on it, headed straight to the hotel. Had no problems finding the driver.

Booked transport for 5 to have a little more space. There was barely room for 4 passengers and we had to squeeze in. We sat in traffic for 90 mins. Not what was advertised

We arrived late and they kept track of travel times. We got thru security is record time and they accommodated us by sending another driver bc our scheduled driver was still 45mins away. I would recommend booking according to your luggage and not your party size if you are doing a sedan. 10/10 recommend.

I did not receive the experience I paid for.
My flight was 30-minutes late due to a delayed departure and when I communicated with the company, I was told that they were following my flight and the driver would be there on time to pick us upnjustblooknfornthrnsign with our name on it. Not only was there no driver, there was also no sign. Once the driver finally got there, about 30-minutes after us, we were led to a garage where he took us to the wrong floor so we were left standing there in a cold garage for about 5 more minutes and this was after traveling all night.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! When we arrived at the international arrivals terminal meeting point, there were at least 25-30 private drivers waiting with name cards…except ours! We walked up and down the arrivals terminal multiple times but were unable to find our driver. When we called the tour operator, he asked us to wait up to 1 hour for the driver saying “technically the driver may arrive up to 1 hour after the arrival time..”Then he lied to us that the driver is in the parking area and he is walking up to us. After waiting for more than 20 minutes with all the luggage and kids, and calling operator 3 times, our driver finally showed up! My suggestion…never use this booking company! They are unreliable.

The driver was late; we had to wait for him. Then, we found out that the ad for the car we ordered was misleading. We found out that the sedan can accommodate only 3 bags; we had 5. The good news was the driver had a larger car that fitted the 5 bags. The bad news was the tour operator insisted that we pay an additional $15 pounds.
