We will be happy to tell you the history of the place and the food. We want you to be able to carry us in your heart at the end of this experience.
we will prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, we will show you all the tricks to have a good pasta. We want to show you our garden and collect together the ingredients that we will use for our dishes. We will prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat. and the noodles that we will dress with sauce or with vegetables, or an excellent pesto.
we love to show you an ancient recipe for a cake with chocolate pears. a good glass of wine will not be missing and at the end of the lunch we will let you taste our liqueurs.

This experience was the highlight of our entire trip in Positano. From the moment we met the family they made us feel so welcome. The food and the stories of their family were just amazing. The table setting and the food and wine was incredible. I felt like we were in a movie. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend anyone who visits Positano to sign up for their cooking class.

Such an amazing experience.. the host was very nice she and her brother also their mom and dad they were incredibly nice and explained everything for us , I loved the history of their house and their farm , in the end we set and eat all the past and the tiramisu we made .. I loved this experience truly one of my best in my whole life, and if you are an Arab and Muslim they totally understand this we asked to not drink wine and they provide us with other drinks , and if you liked your food in specific way they will let you do it in the way you love , everything was from their farm which made it more special, I highly highly highly Recommend it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Such an amazing experience! This was the highlight of the trip for my husband and I. The food we made was the best meal we ate in Positano, we learned so much, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The family was also so kind and because of them we will always remember this experience.

This was our best excursion for our entire trip! Emilia and her family generously opened their home up to us and we had such fun preparing our meal and eating it. Hands down, this was the best meal we had in Italy! I would highly recommend this tour!!!

Absolutely perfect experience! Emily is amazing. She walked us through making ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu and we got to eat it all and it was awesome. Our teen girls never got bored and were fully engaged the whole time. Would recommend for everyone.

Emily and family delivered a true, authentic cooking class experience just outside of Positano. We made tiramisu and two types of Pasta while sharing aperitivos and three types of wines throughout the class. We had an excellent experience and would recommend the class to all.

This is a do not miss if you are in Positano! Emily, Genny, and the whole family were wonderful from start to finish! Emily gave the rich history of her great grandmother finding their farm and learning to cook from her grandmother. She made the class fun and enjoyable. There were lots of laughs too. To top it off, the food was the best we have had in Italy! Book your class, you won’t regret it!

This cooking experience was absolutely amazing! The authenticity of the recipes, along with getting to know the family and their history was out of this world. I truly cannot express my gratitude for this lovely family opening up their home and sharing all of their best kept secrets! The food was amazing, and the hospitality was even better! I would highly recommend this experience, and hope that people will enjoy it the way that we did!! Bravo to an amazing Italian experience!

AMAZING!!! Emily and her family were so welcoming to us, it felt like we were family by the time evening was over! We made the most delicious gnocchi, tiramisu, meatballs, veggies, caprese, and toasted with home made lemoncello. Everything was fresh from her garden and from locals. BOOK THIS! It was super special!!!
