Broken heating, it was not possible to lower the temperature and the driver shouted and turned off the motorcycle to reset but to no avail. At a certain point we started traveling with the door open while the driver made the Arabic sign of the cross and placed his hands on the steering wheel praying. When we arrived at the airport, still shouting, he got out and began to take out our luggage with a hook, throwing them out of the luggage compartment and risking hitting us in the face with the back of the hook. Terrible

The shuttle did not arrive at 3:00 to pick us up to take us to the airport. Bus that was sent at 3:30 was incredibly uncomfortable.

I used them via trip advisor, they are very professional. They sent us a Sprinter van with tables. We used it for my husband's birthday. I told them it will be my husband's birthday. They surprised me with the birthday decoration and it was an unforgettable memory. Thank you for their service.
