So easy to skip the line, and it was nice avoiding the heat, as the regular line gets very long! I highly recommend paying extra to get easier access.

The tour thru the Sistine chapel was great as well as the Vatican museum. I was disappointed that we were just dropped off at the door to St Peter’s basilica as this was the part that I really wanted to have a tour guides knowledge and guidance for.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at the Vatican. Noisy. Overcrowded. Much of the museum and then Sistine were impossible to see simply because of the crowds. The tours have entirely taken over.

The actual tickets worked well. Far more expensive than buying directly from the Vatican, but worth it not to stand in the long queue at the museum entrance.

We booked this fast pass entrance ticket to the Vatican since most of the other options that had tours included were sold out. Make sure you understand this is NOT for a tour! It actually worked out well for us since we really enjoyed going at our own pace with the audio guide that the museum provides! Had we thought ahead more, we probably could’ve gotten an entrance ticket for cheaper, but the line with this ticket moved extremely quickly as it was mainly group tours in the line, and we were in the museum within five minutes of it opening! I would really recommend the 8 AM ticket time as the museum opens at eight and the queue seems long at first before it opens, but the line goes extremely quickly as soon as the doors are open. We also loved having access to Rafael Rooms, as many of the guided tours skipped over this, and we saw lots of people disappointed that they could not enter with their group tour. Do not miss out on the Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel!

What a waste of money, no que skipping.. still had to be hauled through with huge crowds and ques of people. One can not stop and admire anything, you are rushed through by security telling you no one may stop... absolutely shocked, there were thousands and thousands of people everywhere.. what a let down.. Definitely not worth the money spent at all...

It was billed
As a tour. It wasn’t. It was misrepresented. The website said the tour would be between 13/20 people. It was just a ticket

Very misleading description as we thought we were doing a tour. The meeting point instructions were confusing and we got lost and had a hard time contacting them and when we did they had a bad attitude. Just book skip the line tickets through the Vatican or somewhere else. I feel we were overcharged.

We chose this option as the tickets on the official Vatican website were sold out for the dates we were in Rome/Vatican City. The tickets were pricier than the tickets sold by the Vatican Museum itself, but as promised they got us into the Vatican Museum and relatively fast. There is a short queue for ‘skip the line’ tickets, but this queue is constantly moving and considerably shorter than the queue for people who don't have a skip the line ticket. Their customer service also answered my questions in a clear and timely manner through the Viator chat. As promised, we received our official tickets by email the day before we were visiting the Vatican Museum (after 16:00).

Once you have entered the museum you can stay as long as you’d like. We spent a good 6 hours inside, enjoying all the beautiful and stunning artwork wandering around the different rooms/galleries and enjoying a drink at Bistrot La Pigna, located in the Courtyard of the Pinecone. If the tickets on the official Vatican website are sold out for the date you plan to visit, then this is definitely a good option as you shouldn’t miss the Vatican Museum when in Rome/Vatican City!
