First, enjoy the luxury of skip-the-line tickets and bypass the stressful queues. Enter the Vatican and visit Vatican Museum, a true spectacle for everyone who visits. Your itinerary through the museum is specialized to focus on the most important parts of the site.
Next, you will visit the Sistine Chapel. Once inside you will get to marvel at this glorious place, not to mention, see in the flesh, Michelangelo's masterpiece depicting the last judgement, on the ceiling. This is a true sight to behold.
Discover the Basilica of St. Peter, the biggest church in the world or in case the Basilica is not accessibile you can enjoy the Rooms of Rafael as one of the most important Masterpieces of the Italian Renaissance

The Sistine Chapel was the highlight of the tour. The Vatican museum was amazing and the tour guide gave so many interesting details about the history. Even if you are not Catholic it is a very worthwhile tour.

Visiting the Vatican was a unique experience and I would recommend it. However any visitor should be aware that there will be crowds and it could be very warm inside the buildings because there is no air conditioning. Bring water bottles!

Our trip to the Vatican was amazing. Loved it and the guide was also amazing. She was very detailed and had lots of history to tell us. She kept our group moving and on task without shorting us any details.

The guide had a very thick accent and was hard to understand. I heard guides next to us. They were clear and interesting.

The whole complex is huge and very grand, but a 2.5 hour tour with our guide, from meeting at 8.30am, receiving instructions, tags and queuing to enter (9.00am), and her exit outside St Peter’s at 11.30am was only very rudimentary. We saw one floor of the Vatican Museum on the Etruscans “you will need a week to see it properly” she said. I felt the guide really lacked any enthusiasm for the tour “30,000 people come through here each day” ie it was all too hard to give a proper perspective of the three areas of the tour.

The art of the Sistine Chapel is beyond compare and many people were in attendance to view this spectacular art. The tour was to start at 2:30, delayed to 2:45, and eventually began at 3:00. At three we were escorted in to receive our equipment to hear the guide. It was after 4 before we were even out waiting on the terrace to really begin any real touring. From the very beginning of meeting, our guide was rushed, spoke very quickly, and was dismissive and abrupt about answering any questions.

Our guide was knowledgeable and professional. Only problem with Vatican tours are the sheer volume of people present.

St Peters Bascilica was stunning, well worth seeing. Our guide, I think her name was Maria on June 27th, was so knowledgeable, I’d had no understanding of Michelangelo’s history prior to the tour.
