Our driver was ready and waiting with a sign when we arrived and parked close to the train station for a quick departure. The added stop in Pompei was well worth it! The guide that was arranged for us was fantastic. She made history relatable and interesting for our teen age children. This was a perfect combination of a travel and activity day.

We enjoyed the whole experience from picking us up in Naples, to stopping in Pompeii, and finally to Sorrento. Francesco did a great job not only driving, but set up the guided tour for us when we got to Pompeii. We will definitely use them again when in Italy.

This was well worth it and the company is very very good at communicating from the very beginning. It was so nice to be met at the train station by a driver and then have him take us to Pompeii and then our Airbnb in Sorrento. The experience was completely stress free. They set up lunch and a personal tour guide for us in Pompeii. Then our driver, Leo, took the scenic route for us to enjoy the coast. I was so impressed with how wonderful they were at communicating from the beginning that I also booked them to
take us to our 6am return flight from Sorrento to Naples. It was nice to have the peace of mind that we had someone to pick us up at our Airbnb at 2:45 in the morning.

A transfer at top speed when he could. No water in the car and no English. We had just spent 7 hours on a train. Offer of water would have been nice.

We had our driver pick us up from the airport, very easy and seamless process there. But he spoke very little English. When we stopped in Pompei, we didn’t have much time there, and he provided no recommendations for guides or headset tours when asked about the process. He was quiet on the drive mostly because the language barrier I believe. Average experience, three stars for the ease of our transfer, his good punctuality, and getting us there timely and safely. Nice man, but if you only know very little Italian, we wouldn’t necessarily recommend him!

Nunzio was able to coordinate the ride perfectly in advance, and his guy Nicola picked us up at the exit from NAP airport (early) without issue. 10/10 recommend, Nicola was kind (loved imagine dragons like the legend he was) and took us to his favorite pastry shop for breakfast before the Pompeii tour opened. They then lined up a LITERAL archaeologist named Jaconda to take us at the open, and it was a phenomenal tour. Planned to execution 1000%, book this tour and he’ll get you there with precision and profession. Was a great kick off to the honeymoon. THANK YOU ALL!

As a tourist, driving in Italy is very stressful. However, having a private transfer with Rafael as our driver was completely stress free and very relaxing. Rafael is a great driver. Also, he was very friendly and fun to talk to.

Our driver Francesco was fantastic! Pick up early and car spotless. Two hours in pompei is enough to see basics as side trip. Transport to Sorrento hotel quick and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Naples Drivers & Guides. We scheduled a round trip private transfer from Naples to Sorrento to avoid the smaller regional train in Sorrento. Our driver Enzo was very friendly and helpful upon meeting us at the train station in Naples. We opted to stop for lunch at Cantina del Vesuvio and enjoyed the food and wine served there. Enzo provided great information about the area and was very professional. Highly recommend!
