amazing service and very easy operation. They reconfirm your arrival day before and provide you with very clear instructions. Upon your arrival they contact you again to provide photo and clarification where to go . We were met by young men with my name typed in on big piece of paper, it was hard to miss. Airport is busy and people are keep trying to get your attention , so easy to get distracted, but this service arranges it so it easy to locate them. This young man escorted us to the car and driver , they allowed us to get water in the store prior to get into the car and patiently waited for us to finish purchase although there were delay with another customer at the cashier. Driver was helpful with bags and car was only for us (it was just two of us) with working ac and tinted windows which provided release from mid day heat. Pick up from hotel was also very easy. They contacted us day before clarifying pick up time. Again, driver was holding paper with name clearly printed out so we found each other in the busy lobby very quick. Same story with a car, cool, clean and tinted. Definitely get this service . Makes arrival and departure extremely easy and cuts down on stress associated with traveling.

Gave a 4 only because there should be a better way to communicate not everyone has WhatsApp was told they were texting me through that app i also dont have Imessage so was lost on where to meet at the airport. This airport is a mad house once you get out the door. Positive was that someone took us where we needed to go from there the staff was amazing.

Meeting up with friends and relaxing. We came from New Jersey and met with friends. It had been a long time since we were able to enjoy a vacation together and we are glad we did

Amazing service! They came into the resort and announced they were there! The staff called our room to let us know to come down. Safe driving and was really nice!

Had great service by Ambioris Cruz he made the transfer memorable because he gave us tips and pointers at the beginning of the trip and was able to point us the right direction. Timely service with great communication, definitely recommend this private transfer.

Very nice SUV transportation from the airport. Great communication from company. Driver was friendly even though he didn’t speak English that well. I only wish the return transfer vehicle was just as nice as the first one. It was an older and worn SUV.
