We booked round trip private transfer from Montego Bay airport to ocean coral spring. Got out of airport and was easy to find our driver. We booked a mini bus for our 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Car seat was installed and he had the air conditioner running. Giovani was our driver on the way to the hotel and was very informative. Safe drive and good information. Will definitely book with island dream on our next tour. Thank you!

Am staying here at ocean Coral springs is wonderful it's my husband, and it's the best birthday ever thanks to Sashorn the food and Beverage Concierge for making sure that happen. Big up the bar team Shameika, Fernando, Carla, Krishna those persons were exceptionally the went above and beyond to make sure his birthday was amazing, the restaurant staffs are amazing the food is great and the hotel is wonderful we will definitely come back. Great food which is very rare experience for me personally in resorts. GRAPENUT ice cream was amazing. Staff was great. Grettel a staff memeber along with other members made my stay memorable!

We visited this resort about a week ago. The resort was beautiful but the service left a lot to be desired. The restaurants were not open during the times they stated they would be open and when they were the food was delicious but the service was terrible. The resort was extremely short staffed and it definitely had an impact on our experience. I will say that the Blue Team at the pool was amazing. Upbeat and energetic...kept the party going! Also, I cannot say enough about our bellman Kevaughn. He was so responsive and gave us important information about getting around the resort. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to get ice for our rooms when we could not get anyone to bring us any, He made sure all of our luggage was carefully placed in our rooms. We had two rooms with lots of luggage and he was extremely patient and careful. He went above and beyond to make sure that a bellman was aware of our departure so that we could make our early flight...even though he was not scheduled to work until later. Outstanding Job!

The blue team are amazing the entertainment around the pool keeps you entertained all day.
Shanoy and pooh bear are superb they really know how to interact with the guests. The evening entertainment is great. 1

The entertainment team 1000/10! Have no idea how they find so much energy in such heat 😀
Staff generally very friendly. A special thanks to Fernando from the beach bar, Tedisha from 66 Jamble , Orein and the lovliest lady on the planet Simone from Martha's Market who made our breakfasts so enjoyable.
We had such great time and will definitely return.
The downside is the only one in a whole hotel overpriced shop and taking the hotel is away from any amenities or town you have to use the shop.
Few improvements needed especially around reception, very slow and does not respond. We reported our broken safe on arrival and repeatedly later on but noone came to fix it until the end of our stay During very busy check out 7 staff members is seen around reception but on 2 serving guests.
The beach does not look like is advertised on the website, you need water shoes to get into the water - rocky and very shallow ( the pool is amazing without any doubt)
