Hoy fuimos aqui. Nos recogieron en el hotel y trajeron de regreso., No sabiamos que lo cuesta el tour ellos te lo devuelven en productos, regunten por eso.

No one showed up and no one bothered to contact me. Called the number, sent a chat message with no response until 2 hours after the scheduled tour. They apologized and offered a refund and to still take us whenever we wanted. I paid again for the next day anyway and did not show up or contact us AGAIN.

The trip was fine. Driver was prompt. However, it is to one single store that takes about 20 mins of shopping. Other reviews might be fake. I wanted to visit an authentic mom and pop shop but this was an average store for tourists. If you want to explore the city shops, save your money. AC vehicle and driver were excellent!

We were taking to the souvenir shop and that was it. After paying for our things, our driver was gone and the gentleman that said he would be at the front door was gone. Another driver asked if we were from Vista Sol, said he was the new driver...that ours had to go. He took us back to our resort with no tasting. Our whole time was about an hour. I wasted my points on this.

It was an excellent experience right from the start as the transportation promptly contacted me to provide the meeting location and time. They displayed a high level of professionalism. Cigar Tours is guaranteed to impress. The tour began with selecting a cigar and proceeded to explore the manufacturing process, culminating in a rum tasting session where we savored a delightful, mild rum. We then indulged in chocolate and coffee tasting. Whatever you desire, you can savor it gradually. The best part is that everything is conveniently located within the same complex, eliminating the need to travel from one place to another. I highly recommend this tour if you're seeking an enjoyable experience that doesn't consume your entire day.
