The pick up time was changed on the day and the pick up didn’t run smoothly, the driver didn’t say what tour he was on and the minibus was unmarked with any tour operator, so took a while for him to realise he was picking me up. I was picked up in a minibus and taken to the main start point. My online voucher wasn’t accepted there, so I had to fill in a new form and it was under a different tour name to the one I booked.
However, the tour was then fantastic, from the jeep safari to the camel ride. The driver and guide were great and it is definitely worth doing
