We did a tour with Mike and his ghost-hunting pup, Oakly. It was awesome! There was so much more San Franchisco history looped into the ghost stories than we were expecting, which was a wonderful surprise. Mike took great care to be patient with us and our kids (9 & 11), answering all of our questions. The tour exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. We highly recommend it!

Mike and Oakley (Mikes Dog) were amazing tour guides. I loved and appreciated all the History /story telling that was provided by Mike. From telling us dark history to sharing personal experiences, I enjoyed every bit of it. Even signed up for the extended tour which was another 30 mins of more places to visit. Highly recommend the extended tour. If you are lucky enough to get Mike and Oakley just know you’ll have a great experience.

Mike is the best! He has so much knowledge you will want to write notes. Even if you are a local I highly recommend going on a tour with Mike! Even if you think you know it all I suggest you take the tour! It is worth your time and funds! Mike, thank you for keeping the light in our City you are a Gem!! Oakly is an awesome tour assistant!! Mike and tours like this are so important, especially for SF, iykyk! ♡

Michael Rollins is warm, friendly & very passionate/uber knowledgeable guide! We had a blast and it's a little over 2 hours long (nice breaks in between).

It was very cold the night we went but with all the walking, you warm up pretty quick and it was fun. The tour lasted 2 1/2 hours even though it says one hour tour, but it was super fun and interesting. I personally love the hospital and Stanford stories plus I took these pictures of one of the haunted spaces and I have no idea what that green thing was that showed up like a glare on my phone or something, but it was in the middle of the night and so I took it again and it was gone, so I’m pretty sure it was a ghost you can be a believer or not I’m sticking with it was a ghost!!!! mike and oakly were amazing! mikes knowledge of the sites were great but the magic trick was icing on a delicious cake! Mike stay aweome! you definitely are amazing at what you do!
