I’m Ladislav, young, enthusiastic chef who loves to make others happy with food. I worked in several best Michelin starred restaurants in Europe and hosted a number of successful pop-up tasting events in many countries. I also successfully attended tens of national or international cooking competitions. Worked or staged in kitchens of Austria, England, Greece and Malta.
My guests are really enthusiastic with the 10-course menu. Many of them do not hesitate to compare the level to a dinner in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Currently, I’m one of the best rated chef hosting a food&drink Airbnb experience in Prague.
My dishes are creative, intriguing and full of flavour, focused on Central European cuisine. It's based on traditional ingredients, e.g. rich varieties of vegetables, mushrooms, homemade cheeses and locally sourced and selected meats.

We travel quite a bit and in most cities, try to experience something food related whether it be a cooking class or a food tour. This was definitely an awesome experience with a chef who loves to feed his guests. Ladislav definitely has a gift for food and was amazing at his craft. We had a great time in a small venue but very intimate. Our family of three was joined by another couple from Greece and the conversation was amazing. What a great experience with a great chef. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience a private chef experience with cuisine that is local to the area. A+

Having a meal cooked for you by a private chef is not an everyday experience for most people and this was an opportunity too good to miss. Ladislav is an imaginative and creative cook, using spices and a wide range of ingredients to give new twists to contemporary Czech food, all beautifully presented. It’s also a fun opportunity to meet other foodies!

A true culinary delight and unique experience dining on ten exquisite courses (the last, a desert surprise, was fantastic). Our host served our meal in his kitchen area, carefully explaining each course and giving us great insight into Prague and the foods, all of which he purchased at local markets that made up our dinner. I enthusiastically recommend this very special unforgettable dinner.

I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this tour, but it far exceeded my expectations. Ladislov is friendly, humble, and a highly talented chef with Michelin restaurant experience! He manages to create a 10 course dinner out of his small apartment. This isn’t traditional fare, it’s creative and dynamic with a hint of molecular gastronomy. The same meal in a restaurant would probably cost 2-3x as much, plus it was a more intimate and interactive setting. If I go back to Prague I will definitely do it again!

Myself and my partner booked the ten course tasting menu with Ladislav at his home and had an absoulutely faboulous evening. As it was off season there was only the two of us but that meant we got to know Ladislav's story as he was happy to chat to us as he cooked our food. He has got some fantastic experiance and has worked at the Fat Duck in the UK to name but one of the fine resteraunts he has worked at. He is such a genuinley nice and friendly guy and produced some great food over the 10 courses of which every one was lovely. The desert on the tablecloth was a work of art. I would definately recommend this experiance and would definately go again should we return to Prague.
