We will provide you with a blanket, travel pillow and mask so that you can rest on the way to the caves.
On the way, we will stop for breakfast at a buffet-style restaurant. We continue our tour to have a tasting of traditional drinks. Upon arrival at the Tolantongo caves we will provide you with a kit for this adventure. To begin we will make a stop at the main attraction: the thermal water pools that are jacuzzis with a panoramic view of the valley where you can relax. If you wish, you can climb the 4-shot zip line, which is an experience with an additional cost only for adventurers. Don't forget to cross the suspension bridge, the hidden pools and thermal caves.
Then we will immerse ourselves in the river, to continue enjoying this experience and at the end we will have the typical lunch already included in your package ready to enjoy outdoors. Some dishes may have an additional cost, check with your guide.

I paid for the all inclusive and the surprise nothing was included from all amenities mentioned in the package. The transportation was super uncomfortable to share one small sedan with 5 people, no bilingual guide tour. I ended deciding not going at all, because the driver told us he was not even employee from the agency. So scary situation. So bad experience for me :(

The tour was super complete. Very nice experience. As a recommendation, the driver should drive a little slower. We were a little nervous on the way. And back in the bus the potholes felt horrible!
However, apart from that it was the best experience so far in Mexico.

The destination was impeccable... it left nothing to be desired, but the travel agency was terrible. Paid for a bilingual guide and it was not sent. We paid for a travel kit and an adventure kit that were not made available. I also booked breakfast and lunch, and according to the guide I had an "amount available" if it was higher I would have had to pay the difference... in short, a mess.

This tour was absolutely amazing and COMPLETELY worth the time and price. Howard was a fantastic guide and extremely attentive. He provided us with everything you could want while we were there including; a water proof phone case, a head lamp for the caves, a towel, water bottle, Kleenex and toiletries for our shower at the end of the day. He made sure to stop at a small stand so we could purchase water shoes at an extremely reasonable price (would have killed my feet without them), and brought us back to grab celebratory drinks at an authentic Mexican stand. He had such a wonderful attitude and I completely enjoyed his company. The caves and thermal springs were absolutely stunning and the water was warm at both, so no need to worry about the temperature.

An excellent experience!
The guide was always very attentive and friendly, he knew how to explain very well what he was talking about and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had, honestly it is an experience that I would repeat again, everything was very nice and we really enjoyed it.

Very good service and attitude, the guide knew what he was talking about and his charisma was very pleasant, the driver gave everything due to his way of driving, I really expected a lot from the agency, but they exceeded my expectations, it just took a little while to get there. truck but it is understood that it is due to traffic and rush hour. The truth is I would book again for my next family vacation.
