No prior research by operator. After two closed venues, I didn’t think there was any point in proceeding. I agreed with the tour organiser, whom I spoke to but didn’t show up that there was no point in continuing especially as I requested a tour in English and the leader who showed up spoke no English at all so it was impossible to know what was happening. A google translate app isn’t a way to lead a tour either. I was promised a refund so I hope I will get it immediately .
