There is nothing more exciting and unique than driving a vespa through the Tuscan hills. Live “La Dolce Vita” with us. Our Tuscany Vespa Tours allow you to discover the beauty of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini while you are on an Italian icon. After a scooter orientation and safety briefing, you will start riding through the rolling hills surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with frequent stops for pictures and to take in the spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside. At the end of the unforgettable ride we will sit down for a traditional Tuscan lunch (included in the price) and a wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting is offered at the villa. The meeting time is 8:30am at our office in Florence and we are back to Florence by 3:00pm. Before the ride we will make sure everybody is confident riding their vespas. The vespa ride last approximately 2 hours.

This was such an amazing experience for my group of friends! From start to finish, our guides treated us like family. Angus drove our van from the meeting spot to the Vespa setup. All guides (Leo, Alessio, Filippo, Alessandro) ensured we felt safe driving the vespas and when I was far too wobbly, they made sure I got the same experience but on the back of a guide’s Vespa. I won’t lie…riding with Leo was actually way better for me because of anxiety and it was basically a personal tour! He was able to answer questions if I had them but also allowed me to quietly enjoy the amazing views. He was constantly on watch for the safety of my companions behind us as well. The tour stops allowed for amazing views and the guides were full on photographers taking our group photos from many angles! They even positioned the vespas for perfect picture views of the countryside! AND THEN you get a tour through the castles wine making setup followed by lunch and a wine tasting! We had delicious food including the olive oil made on the grounds, a potato flan, pasta, pastry and espresso. Then we got to visit the store and purchase/ship wines and olive oils. Most importantly, we got to engage with our lovely guides during the practice session, tour stops, lunch, and as we began our departure. It was evident the connection that each guide had made with their group as some exchanged information and well wishes. We hopped back in our van with Angus and while sharing sticks of gum talked about our families. He returned us safely to our drop off back in Florence. We were incredibly impressed with our guides and our wonderful experience. 10/10 Highly highly recommend!

This was a great time! The weather wasn't the best and was delayed but our guides took the time to check the weather and give us options in case the rain continued. We were all on board with moving forward with the tour and fortunately the rain stopped. Ponchos were available to those that didn't have raincoats. We were able to continue the tour as planned. Our guides did a great job of making sure all drivers were comfortable and confident in riding a Vespa. It was beautiful traveling through the countryside and stopping along the way to learn more about how the grapes and olives are harvested. The luncheon in the castle was a nice way to end the day at a long table with your "tour family". Our guides were friendly, funny and just a joy to be around. Would definitely do this again.

This was not only the best experience of our 12 day Italy trip, but one of the coolest experiences of our lives! The views were stunning. Lunch and wine tasting at the castle was delicious and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy free.) Our groups guide was Leonardo and he was great at making sure we were safe (and didn’t get left behind, since we were at the back of the line!) He was also a great photographer! All the guides were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area and its history. Do not hesitate to book this tour!

From when we first arrived, to the introduction to the Vespa’s and ride incredibly well organized . Our guides were entertaining, friendly and very attentive. Spectacular views, wonderful feeling seeing this countryside this way. We especially enjoyed our guide Leonardo. We all raved about the experience including the delicious lunch, the remainder of our trip.

This experience was fantastic for all of us. Alessio and Filippo were our tour guides. The tour started early in the morning and they drove us to the place where they checked to make sure that we were able to drive safely a Vespa. My husband passed the test but I didn’t have enough skills for being on the road. It was not a problem…. Alessio was very kind to be my driver and let me enjoy the tour while I was his passenger.
My husband and teenage daughter had a blast during the tour.
We had a short talk about wine and olive oil manufacturing.
We went to a castle where we we’re served a delicious lunch and had some wine and olive oil tasting.
The country views of the Chianti region were amazing!!!
I hope to do this tour in the future and I will work on my driving skills for next time to be a driver.
This is a highly recommended tour for families.
