WHAT TO EXPECT

Live the Neapolitan tradition rediscover the taste of slow cooking and the secret ingredient: prepare with care and love a meal, even the simplest one. Just like moms have always done in Sorrento! Get to know the authentic taste of the tomato, oil and organic vegetables that your hostess sources directly from local farmers.
She will welcome you with a glass of prosecco and delicious starters such as bruschette, pizzette or typical cheeses of the territory, you will start with the preparation of fresh pasta.
Working with only flour and eggs, mix them with passion, prepare the dough of pasta fresca improving your cooking skills, knead, cut, tagliatelle roll and fill ravioli, shape scialatielli. She will show you the authentic recipe of the ragù napoletano, you will prepare the meatballs.to create your favorite dish.
You will also prepare a second course of short ribs or a parmigiana, and last but not least the king of Italian desserts, the Tiramisu.
At the end of the class they will sit around the table to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a convivial atmosphere accompanied by regional wines and finish with homemade limoncello made by the hostess.
