Excellent guide and driver, great knowledge of the wine and region but also you get a great history lesson of Chile at the same time.
The 3 wineries they take you to and excellent and our guide Cristian knew the staff personally. Lunch at the Santa Rita property was also excellent.
Driving from Felipe was safe and good, only thing is the car is not luxury for the price you pay for a private trip. Other wine tours I’ve had would have a more luxury transportation. But overall an outstanding day out.

The driver and the wine expert that took us around were very knowledgable and professional. They chose 3 amazing wineries and a delicious lunch experience for us. We really got a sense of the area, the history, the winemaking, the food and the beautiful vineyards.

Extraordinary perfect day! Our guide Christian was amazing. He was so very knowledgeable about wines, the wineries and the area. He is a trained sommelier and it was clear that everyone at the wineries knows him - he made the day very special. The lunch at Dona Paola was very good. Everything is included.

Christian was a great guide providing so much history. Felipe was a great driver for a long day. These guys were so friendly and informative. Learned a lot about different chilean wine styles. Had the opportunity for tastings.

Tour guide Christian is so knowledgeable about wine and history. We have learned a lot from him. On top of that his English is so good. The three chosen wineries are iconic wineries in the region and have rich history. Thank you Christian.

Our day with Felipe and Christian was very good. Felipe was an excellent driver. Punctual and accommodating. Christian added value to the experience with his knowledge and picked an excellent wine at Santa Rita for our lunch and provided extra information during the museum tour. We had the local Choclo beef stew which was excellent. Our only criticism of the day is that at Unduragga and Concho y Toro, your tour is not private and both those wineries let too many people on the tour (16-20) making it hard to hear the guide at times. Had those groups been in the 6-8 range it would have been much better. The properties were beautiful and being there at harvest time allowed us to taste many different varietiels of grapes. The convenience of the guide to provide information while we waited for the tour to start was helpful.

I didn't have a lot of time in Chile to visit wineries and so when I saw the opportunities that Maipo Valley Wine Tours provided, I was very interested. I booked the Top 3 Wineries full-day tour and I was not disappointed. Felipe picked me up at my hotel in Santiago right on time and was my driver for the entire day. His colleague, Christian, joined as my personal guide at the conclusion of the first winery tour at Undurraga. From there we traveled to Santa Rita winery where I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at Doña Paula restaurant. The restaurant was closed for two large groups, but Felipe was able to work his connections and get me a table. It was fantastic! From there we went to Concha y Toro where I was delighted by another tour and wine tasting. The best part of all was the friendly and gracious hospitality of Felipe and Christian who, I felt, were like long lost friends. I would highly recommend Maipo Valley Wine Tours to anyone... it's organized, friendly, punctual, and well-connected with all the wineries you'd like to visit.

We were picked up right on time by Carolina. She was our personal guide / driver for the day. Carolina probably knows more about wine than anyone in Chile from her past work with Chilean wine companies and a world wide ambassador.. All three wineries were massive, with lots of vines, lawns, trees etc. There are allot of weddings at these wineries and it's clear to see why, so beautiful. I proposed to my gf at Santa Rita Winery! Carolina kept us on schedule, answered all of our questions, took pictures of us after we got engaged, and shared in our special moment.. We had lunch at Santa Rita, and did not do a wine tasting our tour of the winery, but did have tours and tastings at the other two. Communication with Maipo Vally Wine tours as spot on. This company has to be at the top of the list for tour operators for this area.. You will be very happy this tour. We did 2 different tours with them on our trip, and they were both unbelievable!! Book it!
