I cannot recommend this company enough. We came out for. Family vacation and I realized last minute it was too late to book directly through our hotel. So I researched via Viator a shuttle company to get us to and from our hotel both ways (30 minutes one way) and landed on this company! Jose was so responsive and as soon as I booked he sent me a direct text message with clear instructions on where to meet our driver. Both drivers we received were punctual (honestly earlier than we expected, which was lovely) the ride was comfortable and we were the only ones in the van both ways. There was AC and we were comfortable the whole ride. They took care of our bags and were very friendly. Overall a 10/10. Whenever we come back to Cabo we will be using them again!

I am very disappointed with the service provider. We were charged on fare and after arriving the driver charged us 25.00 extra dollars because my flight got in 20 minutes early and he had to wait the extra 20 minutes.

Friendly, Safe,On -Time, very professional driver. Know a lot about the Baja California history and really good travel guide.
Clean and well maintained TOYOTA Mini Van, A/C, free/complimentary drinks.
Even more that driver provided nice and smooth style music.

Easy, comfy and friendly.
One thing: not easy to find after flight arrival VIATOR representatives at the arrival hall in the SJD ( Los Cabos San Jose)airport .

Jose, owner of the private transport, gave us a nice and safe drive from the airport to our hotel. Welcoming us with Pacifico beers was a great touch!

They did a great job. I recieved an email the morning of our transfer with instructions on where to meet them. Van was clean and driver was friendly and helpful. I would use the service again.

Driver was waiting for us and all services were wonderful. I will definitely use them again! José was so kind and very helpful. The van was air conditioned and José had a cooler filled with bottled water and beer. It was such a great start to our trip.
