Gorgeous scenery. Our guide, Kaydee, was lovely and very informative. We got so close to the beautiful elephants but without invading their space. Lunch was delicious and snacks and drinks were there to keep us cool. Even had cool towels to keep us fresh. We got to feed the elephants and watch them have a swim. Just a magic experience. Very ethical way to see elephants in their natural environment. Highly recommend.

I spent hours researching ethical elephant sanctuaries in Phuket as a lot of places are saying they are ethical but are still letting you bathe and wash the elephants and touch and cuddle them. This is not ethical so please ensure you are doing your research and not partaking in this.
Phuket Elephant Sanctuary is an amazing experience where you will be led on a small group walk around the elephants new and safe home and are allowed to get so close and learn about each elephants story. The elephants are allowed to roam around freely and go here and there as they wish. You are able to feed the elephants which is a lovely experience.
You will watch a 15 minute video at the start explaining what you will experience and also what has happened to the elephants in their earlier lives which is absolutely heartbreaking.
Please visit as the costing to keep these elephants safe is huge and sanctuaries like this need all the help they can get to provide a better life for animals that have been abused purely for human entertainment.

We did a lot of research before booking this trip.
So chose this elephant nature reserve, Accredited, Sustainable, Award-winning, and Ethical Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket.

Booked direct with the sanctuary.
Beware don’t book with a trip that allows bathing with elephants this is not ethical! And it’s forced!
Your provided with boots and socks, split up into small groups.
Snacks, cold drinks and a short video, which highlights the much needed work this sanctuary does.
We walked around and met the elephants for short periods and it wasn’t too invasive for the animals.
Our tour “TO-UR”guide was lovely.
Answered all our questions.
Very humbling experience. Worth every penny.

Can’t say enough about how much fun this was! We got to feed the elephants and got very close to them. No bathing elephants on this experience which some other humane elephant experiences offer. The funds go to support purchasing other elephants from less humane owners to live out their lives in freedom. Great cause and great half day excursion.

Excellent tour, we had a great time learning about the sanctuary and the outstanding job they are doing. It was sad to learn the explotation this magestic animal go through due to human greed. I highly recommend this tour as a good experience and a way to contribute to a good cause.

What an amazing morning; the staff all really cared so much for the elephants and was so beautiful to see them being properly taken care of. Everything was amazing from hotel pickup, checkin, breakfast, documentary, walking around the sanctuary and lunch. This is wholeheartedly the best tour I've ever experienced and worth it a million times over.

What an incredible morning!! We were able to be with the elephants, see the environment they live in, how well they are treated, we cooked their food and walked with them in the middle of the jungle! What a fantastic experience
