UNPRESENTABLE. Scammers and liars. They made us wait 3 and a half hours, thus losing a whole day of vacation and an excursion. I asked for a refund and they didn't want to return the money and they disappeared. A total scam. I don't recommend it AT ALL.

This is the third time I have used Top Tranfer's services. Always attended to by Priscila. Service is friendly and fast. The driver is polite, punctual and drives at the permitted speed, the van is clean and comfortable.
The sea crossing service is punctual and fast and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Best agency on Ilha Grande, excellent adherence to schedules, they value safety and have excellent service. Especially Renata and Omar who provided all the assistance at the beginning, middle and end of the trip. I highly recommend it. It is for these and other reasons that Ilha Grande is my favorite travel destination.

Maryane was super friendly during the initial service to complete the round-trip transfer service. I still can't evaluate the service as a whole, just the initial service.
