We were unable to access the website once we were in Edinburgh! Despite numerous tries by myself and hotel staff we could not connect to download the audio tour. The website kept kicking us off the site! Very unhappy! Decided to wait until we returned home before sending in my review so that I would not be rude and say all of the horrible things that went through my mind! I would not book through Snikkit- EVER!
