This is a private tour to visit Memphis, the first capital of ancient Egypt (3200 B.C.) and its museum, then visit Saqqara for the Step Pyramid complex, the causeway of Unas, the pyramid of Teti (pyramid texts) and the tomb of Kagemni.

We were picked up 40 minutes later than we had arranged. Car was OK and driver was OK. Rushed through several places, many of which weren't listed on the tour. It felt like they were just taking us to places where they wanted us to buy things so they got commission. Lunch was eaten in the car on the side of the road. Not what we thought we would get on this tour.

We paid for a tour and they showed up. I tried multiple times to reach them via email and WhatsApp’s with no response. I tried reach out to visitor and they also said they were unable to reach and still trying to get a refund 4 days later.

This was booked so last minute and I’m so so glad I was able to squeeze in! Sherif was so knowledgeable, fun and professional. He taught me so much about the pyramids and artifacts. The driver Mohamed was really sweet too, they were a good team. Memphis is like the Rome of Egypt, you do not wanna miss it! I was so extremely happy with the whole entire tour. I was able to get papyrus paper after so that was a plus. Highly recommend this tour!

I had an extra day in Cairo and I figured I would do this tour because it was short. I had gone to Saqqara the day. However I learned so much more with Ahmed who was my guide. He is very knowledgeable. He showed me so many things that the other guide completely left out. I'm glad that I did the tour. The "lunch" is nothing to write home about but the tour itself was pretty good.

Brilliant tour with a brilliant guide! We got on with Amir so well that we continued to hire him for the afternoon to take us to the pyramids of Giza. He was very lovely, friendly, knowledgeable, kind and new all the best spots to go to! He also has some insanely good photography skills! Highly recommend the tour and Amir himself!

We had a terrific visit to Saqqara and Memphis with Mimo. From the get go he was so informative not only about the sites we saw but about general life in Egypt today and in the past. His English was impeccable and his demeanor was very approachable and likeable. The sites themselves were incredible and I am so glad we went to Saqqara- in some ways it feels more important the Great Pyramids. Highly recommend and request Mimo- you won't be disappointed!

Saqqara was amazing. Looking at one of the world's oldest buildings is humbling. I could have spent more time exploring the area. As to Memphis, it was an interesting stopover, but not something that I would visit again. It is ultimately just the unfinished colossus of Ramses and a small courtyard of a few other statues.
