On this route, we will see that there really is a Roman city below the old town and an enthusiastic and experienced guide will explain the archaeological work done for its recovery.
We will also walk through beautiful alleys around the Cathedral, full of interesting stories and curiosities, and discover some of the surprising traditions of Tarragona, such as the impressive human towers.

Our guide & driver were very nice & lovely. However the last time our guide was in Tarragona was 15 years ago & didn't really know where to go or what to do. As a result the ampi theatre by the ocean ( that we really wanted to see) closed as we walked up to the entrance. Was very disappointed to pay for private tour & not see the best part
