Fun tour enjoyed and highly recommended. Please read the history of the museum before so you can enjoy.

We were not happy with purchasing tickets for 10:00 and the tour operator made it much later and out of way for older people. Next time will buy from museum and there was no skipping a line.

We chose the skip-the-line ticket option to beat the crowds which we did BUT the redemption point was not close to the museum at all which caused us time and effort before we arrived to the museum. We had to do this AGAIN for the second museum. My intention was that this one skip-the-line ticket was good for both museums but that was not the case.
BTW, once inside the museums, we were fine guiding ourselves.

There is no reason why the supplier company location, which opened at 9am, insisted I keep waiting until 10am before I could get my entry tickets. And there was no attempt made to ask me what sequence I wanted to do the 2 museums in, and what entry time I wanted — I had to be very assertive to get these the way I wanted (partially). And it’s ridiculous that the only way to get into these museums is via these agent intermediaries who are essentially scalping them after grabbing all of them from the official museum sales sights, what a racket! Overall, Viator does a poor job of controlling this offering. I had a much better customer experience with townsofitaly.com a few days later, recommend them instead!

This was the worst experience I have ever had on my holiday.

The staff were rude and unorganised. They made last minute changes to my scheduled tours meaning we were delayed by several hours wasting precious holiday time and meant we had to rush through the tours and missed seeing much of what we wanted to.

We were sent back and forth between different office locations multiple times as staff didn't know what was going on. Which meant walking all the city.

The so called "skip-the-line" tickets are a complete scam and waste of time and money, as we had to line up with hundreds of other "skip-the-line" ticket holders. We were told this was just what happens....

This experience has soured what was otherwise an amazing holiday 😔

Visiting these museums was amazing. Our tickets were easy to order, and the payment and cancelation policies clear and very fair. The meeting location was easy to find and we had no wait to get into the museums.

Guided tour for a small group with several children at the Uffizi: interesting guide, his name was Alessio, very knowledgeable, perhaps for the younger children the two and a half hour tour was a bit tiring but it was worth it. We saw all the rooms ranging from the 12th to the 16th century with a good selection of works.

With limited time in Florence, we knew skip the line tickets were the way to go. And we didn't want a full tour preferring to go at our own pace. We didn't have a single issue redeeming our tickets - you just need to read the clear instructions! The tickets are held by a tour operator and you go there first. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The service, of your staff in Firenze, was inferior and unprofessional, and I feel cheated by you. If I did my job that way, I would be hungry and thirsty, because I would be fired. I came a day earlier, with my wife, before the agreed appointment and visit time (August 17 at 10:00) for the Uffizi Gallery and the Academy Gallery, and received an answer from the staff at the counter that we could not get tickets earlier, but had to come on the day of the visit. Arriving on the second day at the agreed time, a little before 10:00, we received an answer that instead of the planned visit to the Uffizi Gallery, we should first go to the Academy Gallery, where we would pick up the tickets there, in their office (couldn't they have told me that the first day?). Then I asked that they give me tickets to the Uffizi Gallery right away, but I got the answer from him that we had to report to their office at 13:00. When we arrived at 13:00, the man told me that we should go directly to the Uffizi Gallery and look for his colleague there who had tickets. ??? (This means another necessary visit to your office, without getting tickets) That day the temperature in Firenze was around 40 degrees Celsius, and my wife and I walked a lot of unnecessary kilometers. I paid €178 for two Skip the Line tickets, and we got last-minute tickets for Academia Gallery and Ufizzi Gallery, from your agents. And for that, we paid almost €100 more, in addition to walking around the very hot Firenze, because you gave us last minute tickets (the price is on the ticket), which are much cheaper, that's the reason we had to walk around Firence. Do you think people are so blind and stupid that they don't see what you are doing? Thieves. Shame on you. You cheat with tickets, typical smugglers. We bought Skip the line tickets for the Cathedral, the museum, the tower, and the Baptistery in Florence from the same man in your office. First, he started with a price of €50, then €40, and in the end, we got the same tickets for €20. What's going on there? That means, you and your employees cheating on us. Worst experience ever. And finally, I think these are the last tickets and hotel bookings I made through your company.

Pozdrav / Regards

Krešo Valjak
