I've used Expedia to book a private transfer from Punta Cana airport to my hotel. It was easy to locate there desk outside. We waited about 20 minutes and our minivan arrived which brought us without any troubles right to the our hotel

Horrible experience with the representative Samuel who wanted us to buy alcohol from him and we refused. He then told us that there was no transfer from our hotel to the airport l, which was a lie as i was later contacted by the driver.

Paid for round trip, pick up was great but there has been no communication as to when we will be picked up for our return we will have to pay another company to pick us up to take us back to the airport

Overall great service! We were delayed going through customs and didn’t immediately see someone from Waybus waiting at the terminal exit. To get to the buses you keep walking to the end of the terminal where the little restaurant is. I had received a text from the driver on WhatsApp but hadn’t seen it. They originally couldn’t find our names in the list, but still drove us to our hotel with no issue. On the way back, I confirmed through Viator messaging what time they would pick us up. The driver was on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very nice drivers and very helpful.

It took us a minute to find them, but the rest was simply effortless. I liked how they did not try to sell stuff to us on the way and simply took us to the resort.

The ride was fine but it was hard to find where the ride was, they did not have a sign displayed with my name on it like the other transfer operators

Finding the driver (Waybus) was a little difficult at the airport but once we did experience was a breeze. Driver was early to arrive at the hotel on return trip which was appreciated. Would recommend

I ordered a VIP suburban private ride to the hotel. Not only was my name not on the board, it took over 10 minutes to figure out where my car was and for them to eventually arrive. The car arrives and it's not a Suburban but a minivan. I have requested a refund for the difference of what I paid for and what I got. Still waiting for a response 3 days later. I will say the driver of the mini van was nice, but the service prior was horrendous.

I will give 5 stars for both my drivers. I felt very safe with them as a solo female traveller, they got me to my destinations safely, and the shuttle was clean and comfortable. My main complaint is with the lack of adequate communication with the main organizer. I reached out both via Viator and Whatsapp the day before my arrival to confirm my pickup info. Regardless when I arrived at PUJ, my name was not on the list of expected passengers. However, they were still able to get me a shuttle within 15 minutes which I appreciated. The day before my departure, I once again had to be the one to reach out to the company to confirm my pickup time. On my departure day, the shuttle was about 45 minutes late. I would have been more understanding if someone had reached out to me to let me know that the shuttle would be late, but I had to be the one to call the company and ask for an updated ETA. Luckily I still had 2 hours before my departure flight because the check-in process with the lines took nearly 1 hour. Great drivers, but communication needs work.
