Sarah was an excellent guide. Even the short walk to start contained great local knowledge. All aspects and areas of the tour had us gripped. Sarah was friendly and funny, she looked after all members of the tour with their different needs and took and excellent picture for us. Everything was well spaced out so we Could really take in what we were experiencing. We would definitely recommend this tour

Great tour guide. Part of the tour was cancelled and we are to be part refunded. Advertised as skip the line but had to join a long queue to get in.

They changed the time of our tour to a time we couldn’t make, I’ve been trying to reach them for 4 days and I get no response. If I have paid for a tour for a specific time, I would think that that is a guarantee of the time slot I need.

An excellent tour, guide was engaging, knowledgeable and amusing clearly having put a lot of effort into the content. Lots of walking so sensible shoes recommended and all outside so water bottles and hats if in the summer. Looking at the queue just to get tickets the skip the line aspect is clearly very worthwhile

Our tour was downgraded so that we did not get to see the arena floor. Also, they changed the meeting time from 11 to 10:30 without updating the time on our ticket or even notifying us at all, so we almost missed the tour completely! The colosseum itself was amazing to see, but the stress of almost missing the tour was frustrating.

Our guide was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and friendly. We had to leave a little early to get to another tour and she was very accommodating and helpful about telling us how to get to our next spot quickly and easily,

The sites are absolutely amazing, you should certainly do a tour, just not this one. Guide was very disorganized, we had to double back multiple times. She screwed up our tickets, and so we did not get the floor tour, just second level of the Coliseum. She also made jokes i found borderline offensive, making unwarranted assumptions about peoples sexuality and religion. It was so bad some people left in the middle of the tour, i wish i left with them. She was very knowledgeable in history, but not a good presenter. Pick a different one.

We did the tour with Alexandra, she was enthusiastic and really enjoyed telling the Roman story to our group. She explained it in a funny way and involved the groupmbers in telling the history. I loved this tour and highly recommend when you visit Rome! Wouter & Wietske
