Basically you robbed us. The driver didn’t show up to the experience and we had to pay for it separately.
That bad of an experience was. Btw you didn’t refund us which is unbelievable.

My husband and I went on the Rickshaw Tour with Leo…and it was awesome! Leo was fun, knew his stuff, and gave us an authentic look into Germany. Worth every penny and most definitely recommend this tour.

The Guide never showed up. We waited in the rain for about 45 minutes. It was very disappointing because one of us had a mobility issue and we thought this would be a great solution.

Booked the tour, paid the money, and never heard from the operator despite phone calls, text messages and communication attempts through the Viator app and staff. They didn’t respond to Viator either. We should have trusted the reviews that said the operator never showed up. Like the others, we are now working through a 3 day process to get our money back. Viator has been a trusted source for us in many countries for quality operators. This was a disappointment for our entire family as we only had one day in Berlin and were very much looking forward to seeing all the sites efficiently and with a guide.

I really don't understand why Viator works with this "tour operator". Tour was cancelled due to "weather conditions", but the weather was fine and it was because I could not change the time of the tour. I will write Viator with the details; if they really care about customer service, they should not work with this "operator" anymore

Hugo was wonderful! We saw a lot of Berlin but the best part was learning about the culture of the area. He asked for what we wanted to see then made an effort to make sure we were happy. I would strongly recommend the tour and Hugo!

Hugo was very knowledgeable and made our trip a very pleasant experience. He took us to all the major points of interest, gave us time to take photos and see the sights as we wanted. He also took several photos of us along the way. Fun experience!
