Leofoo Village located little bit far from Taipei, but it was a quite good experience.
I and my son loves to ride a steam train.

Near to Leofoo Resort. There is a tram ride where will bring you round the safari portion of this village. There are also some rides suitable for teenagers and above.
Overall average place to visit.

I bought my ticket through klook with transfer because its very far if you choose to commute from taipei.

Ambiance: its old theme park which is 40yrs old by the way. They also have water activities beside it which is also included in our ticket. Just bring your own swimsuit and swim cap.

Food: there is a lot to choose from american, chinese, arab, ice cream house.

Rides: it ia divided with its different theme. The screaming condor didn't dissapoint me. It runs every 15mins and the ride only last maybe less than 2mins. If its not for this ride i wouldn't go here. There is also a safari train which will go around for visitors to see animals...dont expect to see lions and tigers hehe they are located in enclosed area

Restrooms: very clean and maintained deapite the park being old.

Staff: they are friendly eventhough they cant speak english.

My family (two adults and 3 teenagers) is a big fan of theme parks, and while visiting Taiwan, we decided to visit Leofoo Theme park
we found a very nice park, well designed and maintained, with a lots of things to do.
it is not too hard to understand that the park is "inspired" by Disney's Magic Kingdom.
the park is divided to 5 "worlds" (4 regular and 1 like water park), and every world presents a different theme.
The park offers only 30 rides (app half are aimed at teenagers), so if you avoid the water park it takes like half a day to do all of them (especially as the queues are not too long).
bottom line - a little gem near Taipei. we enjoyed a fun day in a beautiful and friendly place
few important notes:
1. tourists can buy (very cheap) tickets online (less than 20$) through the English website
2. There are plenty of food options all over the park. some of them are western. all of them reasonably priced
3. the staff is extremely nice and friendly - especially to tourists, most people speak a little English
4. be sure you might get wet in some of the rides - so a nylon cover might be a good idea
